Im going to teach you how to think the way that we think about things. What in the business world they call the first write up, right? People that lean in get it. And so everything about Maple Street has been a community story. By 2010, he was able to take a six-month sabbatical which ultimately lead to a salein 2010 with onlya six-month earnout. And we needed more depth and breadth. And we had 13 total people, salary, hourly, complete. And I was in operations and then human resources.
